"When we first met, Mark established a personal connection with me that made our interactions effortless. Our home had several showing within the first 2 days on the market and 2 solid offers within 96 hours, one of which we accepted. Unfortunately, our buyers managed to pick a demanding and unreasonable realtor which prolonged the process and led to a lot of frustration. Mark remained calm and cool-headed throughout this process, providing sensible advice and being a beacon of reason when things were falling off the rails. My wife and I had to move prior to finalizing the sale of our home, and Mark kept in constant contact with us, providing updates and deadlines to expedite the process. An example of his dedication: I was starting a new job in mid December and we moved out of our home December 2nd. We were supposed to close on the 2nd but the buyer's realtor mishandled the transaction. Mark shoveled the driveway at night after working all day just to appease her.
